Shipping

You can choose between standard delivery (3-5 working days) at no extra cost, or express delivery (2-3 working days) at a price of €30. Delivery times for the various delivery methods are indicated when the choice is made, and are valid from the time of dispatch, not from the time the order is received. Please note that orders are handled and processed by the delivery warehouse from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian bank holidays. For orders to be delivered to Switzerland, customs charges are payable on delivery.

Returns

Customers may exercise their right to return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To start the process, simply visit the Returns page and complete the online form.

It is also possible to request an exchange for the same model in a different size (larger or smaller) by selecting the “Size exchange” option from the drop-down menu on the “Return request” form.
